Our Philosophy

  • Backed By Science! Our small group fitness classes are programed by all of our coaches monthly. Each workout prioritizes holistic health, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. They are tailored to address women's unique physiological and anatomical needs, including hormonal fluctuations, pelvic floor health, and body composition goals.

  • We keep it small, so your coach will ACTUALLY know your name (and probably your entire family) and stay updated on your life, goals, and injuries to ensure top-tier quality while coaching. Coaches will provide flexibility and adaptability.

  • We provide nutritional education and guidance for our members to help them achieve their goals while enjoying the process and keeping their bodies nourished.

  • Our gym is where strength meets sisterhood. Empowerment is the name of the game.

  • Janessa

    Founder

    Janessa is certified in Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Janessa won multiple bikini body-building competitions

  • Jen

    Nutrition Coach & Personal Trainer

    Jen is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Jen loves educating the members on technique and form to maximize safety and results!

  • Gabby

    Health Coach & Personal Trainer

    With a passion for health and fitness, Gabby graduated from Arizona State University in 2021 with a B.S. degree in Integrative Health, blending holistic and western health modalities seamlessly.

FAQ’s

— I’m going out of town cause I pause my membership.

Although you are billed on a 30-day cycle, your workout will be valid for 45 days after purchase. This is to ensure time to complete workouts even if you are sick, out of town, etc.

— I used all my workouts this month but want to come again.

You can buy “drop-in” workouts as you please. Monday - Saturday classes are $35 drop-in on Mindbody. If you often run out of workouts, consider purchasing a package.

— What about nutrition?

All memberships include nutrition guidance and we also have nutrition coaches who would be eager to help you start your nutrition program! Please contact Janessa or Jen for more information. We also offer a six-week education-based course that provides more insight into how our bodies and nutrition work.

— Why is Milan Athletic Club more expensive than other fitness clubs?

The intimacy of our coaching setting! Other gyms will have 20 - 30 people per coach. We only have 5 - 8 per coach! You get form education, weight suggestions, and tracking, and we are involved from the second you walk in till the second you leave.
